About this product

Named after David Wynn's youngest son, Michael Shiraz is produced using the best fruit available to the Wynns team each vintage. Reflective magenta and blue of hue, the bouquet reveals mocha and menthol aromas with notes of cedar, redwood and white pepper. Racy, assertive flavours of strawberry, cranberry and lycee dominate the classy palate.

Just opened a bottle of the ‘98 to enjoy with some steaks. Absolutely superb! Wonderful berries, plum jam,... The cork was perfectly preserved and thus so was the wine. Well worth the 15 year wait since I bought it.
