This is a straight-up, darn good drink. It's clean and refreshing, pitch perfect mid way between gris slickness and grigio crunchines. Scents of nashi pear, green herbs, sweet citrus. Flavours of nashi pear, long, some glycerol rolling around the palate but with a stern chill it's tight and refreshing with the benefit of that textural glide. Indeed, this is a very good wine all up. Fun to drink, a little interesting, a sense of pedigree for the variety.

Textural pear and nashi flavours and full fruit purity parade in an accurate interpretation of the "gris" style. You'll notice a bit of quartz pebble minerality and even a light touch of spice. A versatile style to match with many dishes, or totally enjoyable on its own.
