A winter tipple with roast chestnuts

A great value medium dry sherry / apera aged on oak for 5 years. Full and satisfying, warm and complex. Also a must have for lifting soups, sauces, or seafood .

Helpful that McWilliams has retained the "amontillado" ID on the front of the label (compared to "apera" which really doesn't mean much in terms of the style of sherry). If you like this style of white dry "sherry", this Australian version

I dont actually drink this....I bought it to soak dried fruit for a fruitcake so I am sure it will do the job.
