Naturally fermented from Australian honey, Daringa Mead possesses an intense aroma of honeycomb and wax, like birthday candles. The palate is unctuous and flavour-rich. This is a big, sticky, spicy old-school mead.

Tastes beautiful with a hint of spices as an after-taste even the missus loves it definitely becoming a regular

Nice nightcap type drink for after dinner, enjoyable warmed or room temperature. Not a drink to be consumed in volume as it is in the sweet side but has a great balance of spicy undertones.

i have tried a few different meads in recent months and this mead takes the cake, no wine taste or any weird tastes on the palate at all. very smooth
