Cabernet Sauvignon & Merlot from the cool climate of the Yarra Valley is combined with a little Shiraz from Heathcote to create a wine of supple texture and intense fruit. With juicy dark fruit aromas the palate shows flavours that focus on blackberries, plums, black cherries and spice. Clean crisp acidity with soft tannins makes for great drinking.
