Each vintage, a selection of the very best Shiraz fruit available to Sue Hodder and her team at Wynns Coonawarra Estate is used to create Michael. The 1997 is an extremely rich, complex wine in the traditional Michael Shiraz mould, one which provides great reward with long term cellaring. Spicy fruit flavours superbly integrated with mocha and coconut like American oak characters. A Coonawarra Classic!

Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.
