Mix it 50/50 chilled with a chilled bubbly sparkling mineral water. Nothing better on a hot summer day with any food assortment. Must be chilled very cold though.

If you like a sweet, light, fruity white that's easy to drink, this lovely late harvest Riesling is amazing value that won't disappoint. A top drop served chilled on a warm afternoon !!

Sweet and fruity, without heading into Moscato territory. It's also insanely good value, but doesn't look tacky. My go-to riesling :)
