Brewed in Australia’s oldest operating brewery, Cascade Stout is made rich roasted barley and Cascade’s unique traditional yeast strain. This stout is a favourite amongst brewers at Cascade because of its toffee and caramel notes. Brewed with Australian pale malt and roasted barley, fermented with Cascade’s yeast strain and hopped with the Pride of Ringwood hops.

My personal favourite stout. Dark in colour. Heavy taste, but unusually crisp for a stout. Hints of chocolate and toffee.

We've been drinking this for verbal years now and it's still our preferred drop. It's less bitter than other stouts and way better than Guinness in cans. There is just a hint of chocolate on the palate.
