Medium-full red with a tint of purple and aromas of red cherry to raspberry, almost a hint of raspberry bubblegum, more earthy/savoury as it aired. The wine is full-bodied and firm with upright structure and tensioned focus, lingering long through the aftertaste, the tannins firm, insistent and well balanced. Excellent persistence. A seriously cellarworthy red.
