Dry, Light Bodied style of RieslingThe fruit for the Cossack Riesling is sourced from our Block 28. The grapes are then harvested early in the morning when they are at their coolest. The juice is then gently separated from the skins, clarified and slowly fermented with careful temperature control. A steely and minerally wine, staying true to our flagship style. Characteristics of apricot, jasmine and orange blossom. A vibrant, textural palate and firm acidity leads to a lingering mineral finish.
