Dry, Medium Bodied style of ChardonnayThis is a classic cool climate chardonnay - stylish, intense and clean flavoured. It starts with a beautiful nose consisting of white flowers, almond meal, ripe peaches, lemons, vanilla beans and cedary oak aromas. The palate is smooth and layered with classic chardonnay flavours and oak inputs that are well balanced to give complexity with a long, clean and fresh finish.

Medium bodied white wines have a lightly textured mouthfeel with moderate flavour impact. Often pale lemon coloured to pale gold.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.

Blend of 2 harvests from the estate's hill and flat blocks, vinified separately and differently. Considerable effort has been put into this chardonnay. It possesses a core of succulent fruit – stone fruits and citrus, grapefruit pith – and a light savouriness. Does not stint on flavour.
