Bay of Fires Pinot Gris was produced from several vineyards with the parcels of fruit handled individually. Ripe fruit aromas of quince and fig are supported by spicy undertones and the mouth feel is rich with a lingering finish.

This wine is so easy to drink - it's my standard one to take to dinner parties or restaurants as I'm confident that anyone I introduce to it will love it. It has never failed me.

Very refreshing and nice to have with Fish and Chicken. Not cheap by any means but you only get what you pay for !
