When first in bottle, it is all lively white florals and sweet, expressive fruit. As it ages, you’ll notice biscuity-honey characters, alongside bright citrus and a refreshing acid backbone. A joyous wine that’s the colour of honeyed sunshine, with a golden future ahead of it.
