Gently aromatic, this has delicate tropical fruit characters with some light passionfruit and ripe pear on the nose, all complexed with just a hint of cut grass. Our SSB is fresh and light with delicious light tropical fruit flavours and some sweet citrus and honeydew melon fruit characters. It has a very good palate weight and mouth feel with the light citrussy flavours contributing to its clean acid finish. Excellent drinking now, it would suit a wide range of foods or serve on its own. Best enjoyed as a young wine.

Light bodied white wines have a water-light mouthfeel. Often very pale to light colour.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.
