Our flagship Chardonnay. Only made in the very best years, using only the very best parcels of fruit. This wine was barrel selected from two of our best batches. Barrel fermented in new and seasoned French oak. Hand-picked and whole bunch pressed, this wine shows all the great hallmarks we look for in our Reserve Chardonnay. Power and restraint in character, focused acidity and a balanced textural mouthfeel, great complexity and length.

Medium bodied white wines have a lightly textured mouthfeel with moderate flavour impact. Often pale lemon coloured to pale gold.
