After 90 years of inactivity, Windowire's O'Dea family lovingly restored this historic grand building to its former glory. This dedication is also reflected in the vineyards where minimal intervention is passionately practiced and sustainability is highly valued. The 2021 Mill Shiraz is a medium to full bodied wine displaying a lovely mulberry fruit intensity with dark chocolate and vanillin oak aroma. The palate is softly structured, once again with dark cherry and plum fruits playing an impressive role.

Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.
