Cavalier has been one of the great value sparklings imported by Dan Murphy's over the years. Fresh apple and pear flavours are supported by a crisp clean and persistent finish. Perfect as an aperitif or a great way to begin any party.

Tried this sparkling wine because it was French and loved the taste. We have lots of gatherings and I always provide this wine and everyone seems to like it. It is not a sweet wine. Recommend anyone to try it.

LOVED THE CHAMPAGNE, WENT TO GET SOME MORE. EVENTUALLY ADVISED IT IS DISCONTINUED. STAFF WERE UNFRIENDLY, NOT HELPFUL AND DISINTERESTED. I PROBABLY WON'T COME BACK NOT HAPPY

This is a clean, dry, no nonsense sparkling wine. There is no need to spend more money, you won't find better value. Don't buy if you like a sweet wine.
