A ManoPrimitivo
About this product
This varietal from Puglia - the heel of Italy - is otherwise known as Zinfandel. Rich raisiny aromas and rustic mouth filling flavour make it a wine full of character. Terrific value.

MasterChef Magazine Aug 2012
This gutsy red is made in Puglia from primitivo, which is the same grape as zinfandel, but given the Italian treatment tastes very different to standard zin. With whiffs of bouqet garni and chewy tannins, it needs a dish with lots of garlic and olive oil to shine.
