Stoneleigh Chardonnay is perhaps one of the best examples yet of rich, toasty, creamy Chardonnay that avoids looking old fashioned and shows up some contemorary Chardonnays as being thin. Lovely restrained power and acidity. Simply delicious.

Was very lucky to get hold of a 2010. Great value, all the modern Chardy notes but with the toasty nutty characters of a true Chardonay. Bargain!
