Dry, Full Bodied style of DurifIndependent wineryThis is an aromatic Durif with goregous blueberries and violets with hints of coco powder on the nose. The Doctor has capture the classice Durif's richness and full bodied mouth fill; the palate is filled with intense crush berries, warm spice and dark coco characters. Soft and supple tannins is well integrated, giving the wine a great structure with cellaring potential.

Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.

Intensely coloured and immensely delicious, this gorgeous rendition displays blackberry, dark plum, cocoa, hazelnut and vanilla notes on the nose. The palate is superbly concentrated and weighted, delivering waves of delectable flavours and rich texture, wonderfully framed by fine, chalky tannins. The wine is sumptuous and gratifying. At its best: now to 2025.
