About this product

People from Van Diemen's Land were called 'Van Diemonian', though contemporaries used the spelling Vandemonian. In 1856, our most southern state was renamed Tasmania, removing the unsavoury criminal connotations with the name Van Diemen's Land while honouring Abel Tasman, the first European to find the island. This Single Vineyard Chardonnay from the famous Coal River Valley region will delight with its mouth filling white stone fruit and citrus notes, leaving a long lingering finish.
