Vinified in open stainless steel lined fermenters and matured for 12 months in new (20%) and seasoned French oak, it is typified by voluminous blackberry, plum and mulberry fruit, a touch of eucalypt, fine, rusty and persistent tannins, and plenty of lasting power.

Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.
