The 2014 Labégorce is round, supple and nicely layered. Smoke, plums, black cherries and French oak meld together in a ripe, racy Margaux built on textured fruit. Sweet floral notes add lift on the layered, sensual finish. This voluptuous Margaux should drink well pretty much upon release. There is a lot to like, that much is clear. The blend is 58% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon and 2% Petit Verdot.
