Vintage 2017
95 points Wine Orbit
Classically composed and styled, the inviting bouquet shows cassis, spiced cherry, tobacco and cedar characters, leading to a wonderfully weighted palate that is supple and silky. The wine offers terrific fruit purity and richness backed by chalky tannins, finishing superbly long and structured. At its best: now to 2027.

Vintage 2017
95 points Halliday Wine Companion
Most crushed and pressed, but some whole berries, matured in French oak, some new. Excellent, deep colour; '17 was a glorious vintage for Barossa Valley cabernet, the cool conditions and slow ripening allowing good vineyards to produce blackcurrant supported by black olive and cedary oak, with a tannin profile of high quality cabernet.
