Vintage 2015

Made by a top Chablis producer with fruit sourced from other cool climate sites. The makers clearly know how to build enjoyment into chardonnay. We liked the creamy, mealy, leesy texture, the light yellow stone fruit and yellow plum flavours, its quartz textured roundness and vanilla and pastry notes. The wine excels at its price point.
