After a gentle fermentation on skins for 8-10 days wth twice daily pumpovers the wine was pressed to new and seasoned French oak before resting for its 15 month maturation.

Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.
