Oh, what a lovely Gavi! And well priced, too. There’s something in this for everyone. Fruity, yet crisp and dry. Minerality, citrus, citrus peel, stonefruit, apple, almond skin, blossom, etc. Lots of points of interest. Fragrant, harmonious and so refreshing, let this be your next Italian wine discovery.
