About this product
*This product is currently going through a brand and pack change, you may receive either style of labeling 'Tash' or 'La Bise' in orders placed online for pick up or home delivery.
The inspiration for this wine is to use Italian varieties in a blend to produce a fresh white style that is the best blend we can produce in any one vintage. Three varietals are from a single vineyard at 420 m altitude in Kersbrook, a sub region in the Adelaide Hills. The higher 420 m altitude guarantees quality and perfect ripening for the grapes. The fruit is harvested separately as the optimal ripeness for these three varietals are quite different from each other and the end result is a refreshing wine showing lovely texture and appealing characters of stone fruit and citrus.

Medium bodied white wines have a lightly textured mouthfeel with moderate flavour impact. Often pale lemon coloured to pale gold.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.

A clever combo of varieties that delivers a more complex white wine expression, set to medium weight or so. Scents and flavours of nashi pear, pineapple, faint cashew and rose water. Slips over the palate with slick texture and finishes cool and fresh. Super pleasing drinking and enough intrigue to hook in the wine geeks.
