Lady Marmalade Vermentino

Pale straw, almost translucent with a vivid green hue. Limes! Limes! And more limes! With a tinge of pineapple skin on the nose. A rush of grapefruit, blanched almond and array of citrus on the entry. What follows is refreshing, tart peach and lime curd with a subtle minerality. The finish follows suit with pink grapefruit and stone fruit with a persistent zesty citrus and wet slate finish. Flavoursome and fine, with a crunchy texture and cleansing acidity to boot!
