Dry, Full Bodied style of ShirazBarossa Valley, AustraliaFor our Grand Barossa Shiraz we select grapes grown throughout the Barossa. It is this tapestry of 'terroirs' which enables us to create our classic and refined house style. Combining traditional and modern winemaking techniques, we handcraft wines of complexity, depth and intensity. Lifted aromas of blackberry, plum and black pepper are accompanied by spicy, dark berry fruits on the palate. The finish is long with fine-grained tannins from 18 months maturation in a combination of new and seasoned American and French oak barrel.

Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.

The Grand Barossa range has always represented great value for those seeking a classic Barossan wine. Everything is here. The rich dark and black fruits, the earth and dark chocolate tones and highlights of purple flowers and raspberry coulis. Medium-weight and flavourful with fine-grained tannin and bright acid drive adding to the appeal.
