Independent wineryFrom a small parcel of grapes in Blocks 6 and 7 of the Clarence House Vineyard and one of Tasmania’s only Pinot Blancs. After a brief period on skins, the fruit was pressed, lightly settled and then racked for a slow, cool ferment. Aromatic, showing white flowers and fruits with a hint of spice, the palate is at the same time rich yet bright with fresh, cool climate acidity. An excellent accompaniment with food.
