Mix this with ice and Bacardi and you’re on a winner. You can also leave out Bacardi for a mock tail. Much better with ice and thrown in a blender, than just drinking it in a glass with a couple of ice cubes thrown in.

I mixed pineapple flavoured rum with this and it was bloody good. Even better when you blend it with ice and make it into a slushy!

This mixer is exactly like any watermelon daiquiri you would get at a bar! Really good with vodka, chambord and lemonade blitzed up with ice !!
