About this product

Maglieri have long been an integral part of McLaren Vale and the intense and flavoursome red wines produced from the historic region. This bargain Merlot show some deep plum and Asian spice aromas with lifted perfume hints. The smooth and rich palate offers some lovely ripe berry characters, velvety tannins and a long, rich finish.

This is a great example of Australian Merlot. With four years bottle age, it is drinking superbly, and is an absolute bargain.
I would recommend to a friend
Not very good value or quality.

Both my wife and I opened with some anticipation, but were very disappointed. I'm not saying it's a really bad wine, but I've had far better at a lower price. The bouquet is good, the flavors not bad, but leaves a slightly bitter sharp aft
