Dry, Medium Bodied style of Cabernet Sauvignon SangioveseCabernet Sauvignon and Sangiovese were specially selected from premium Langhorne Creek vineyards to make this wine, vinified using a combination of fermentation styles and then matured in seasoned French and American oak to build complexity and structure. This medium bodied wine by The Vintner has lifted berry aromas with spicy vanillin notes. Blackcurrant and dark berry flavours combine with balanced tannins to produce a medium bodied wine with excellent length.
