The Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon sees only the best pick of the Coonawarra fruit from the vintage with minimal filtration and intervention in the process, allowing for the preservation of all the premium characteristics of the varietal grape selection. Beautifully concentrated with spice, choc mint and mocha combined with the intense, dark berry fruit notes that follow well throughout the palate. Structured and balanced, this is a special wine of great complexity and length. While very approachable now, the wine will see reward with short to medium term cellaring.
