About this product

This Limited Edition 15 Year Old expression from Laphroaig is in celebration of their 200th anniversary. With the scent of grapefruit and fresh mint on the nose, a touch of water releases salted caramel notes and its signature Islay peaty smoke underlying sweet orchard fruit and wet tobacco. It has a pleasant prolonged finish, a certain gem to savour.

Very much to my taste, even though it doesn't have a lot of influence from the oak, it has finely balanced sweet, salt, smoke...compared with other 15 yo in the Australian Market at this price this is worthwhile.
