Yarra YeringDry Red No. 1 2005
About this product
One of Victoria's true heritage wines, Yarra Yering Dry Red No.1 is primarily a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon with Merlot, Malbec and a touch of Petit Verdot. Planted on a historic Yarra Valley site by the late Dr Bailey Carrodus, there is a seamless aroma profile ranging from red/black fruits through to savoury characteristics including leather and oak. The palate is seductively smooth with tight knit tannins shaping the wine for the blockbuster finish.
