Separate parcels were sourced from the Barossa and Eden Valleys, and come together with the synergy sought from the blend, the Barossa Valley with lush, dense fruit, Eden Valley the spice, pepper and dark chocolate. It makes for a handsome medium to full-bodied shiraz that will grow another leg with time.
