Good semillon is such a great drink. It's versatile, matches well with many cuisines, especially Asian seafood dishes, (yum) and it ages well. We are very happy to recommend the Wildstreak Semillon to you as a very good example of the variety. Its crisp, lemon notes and typical "just cut" green herb freshness provide a vibrant, long, enlivening flavour burst.
