When crafting Bundaberg Select Vat, BDC's master craftsmen search their 2 year old rum reserves and hand select those that exhibit extra special qualities. These premium rums are then aged for a total of 6 years in oak vats until they reach their peak. This extra time ageing adds richness and balance to the classic Bundaberg character, like all special Bundaberg Rums is perfect to be enjoyed neat or with your favourite mixer.
