Tisdall’s Crest Chardonnay is produced in small batches and is limited and sourced from a single vineyard site in the Yarra Valley region reflecting its unique terrior. This wine is very restrained and savoury. A distinctive acid line, with subtle oak gives macadamia and vanilla flavours. The fruit is in the white nectarine spectrum. The nose has a hint of white flowers and brioche. Whole bunch pressed and wild fermented on solids in 100% Fench oak hogheads. Just delicious!
