It is recommended chilled. I tried it both chilled and hot. Chilled is the way it should be. Hot was weird. I really enjoyed it on its own after dinner. Again I know it's recommended with food. A new experience.

Pleasant tasting sake without any sharpness. White chocolate comes to mind! It went well with my seafood linguini. I was tempted to try it hot but decided not to.

Good to see more quality sake is ranged at Dan's. I tried this sake at one of the Japanese Sake Bar in Melb and instantly loved its clean taste. Great drink chilled and enjoyed this with fresh oysters with soy lemon.
