It’s wonderfully ripe and fragrant on the nose showing cassis, dark cherry, dried herb and cedar characters, leading to a beautifully weighted palate that’s plump and flavoursome. The wine offers terrific fruit purity and intensity, brilliantly framed by fine-grained tannins, finishing persistent and delectable. At its best: now to 2027.
