This vibrant Sauvignon Blanc wine, exudes sweet almost floral citrus, gooseberry, tropical and passion fruit, layered with sage and fresh varietal herbal aromas. The same varietal and fruit flavours found on the nose, are joined with a hint of nettles and a juicy minerality on the wine’s crisp yet balanced palate. These flavours seem to unfold in layers through to a lingering and textural finish.
