A slightly riper vintage for this chardonnay dominant wine. It’s a bubbly that’s working off a strong base. There’s good depth and an array of flavours to hold your interest as you watch the bubbles burst. Typically, citrus is noted, but, here, it’s more on the mandarine orange spectrum - almost orange sherbet. Bosc pear, apple, complexing toasty notes and finishes crisp and clean with freshness and persistence. Another tantalizing offering from Blue Pyrenees.
