A blend of parcels of fruit sourced from the vineyard's hill and flat blocks, each parcel vinified separately. An elegant Geelong chardonnay that delivers plenty of restrained peach and nectarine fruit, pear, melon and apple fruit aromas. Nicely layered and integrated on the palate, with nougat flavours and toasty oak a centrepiece. Smooth through to the finish.
