It presents with a pale lemon and light golden hue. It is fragrant with aromas and top notes flavours of gooseberry, citrus and smokey spices. Those generous primary varietal characteristics are underpinned by zesty natural cool-climate acids with a waft of 'Fume' channeling some of the Loire Valley styles. It is vibrant, refreshing and easily drinkable. One to be enjoyed now and which would suit freshly shucked oysters.
