Pristine and delicately fragrant, the wine shows Gala apple, grapefruit, flint and subtle spice notes on the nose with a hint of sweet raspberry. It's juicy and vibrant on the palate, delivering fine texture and linear mouthfeel combined with firm acidity, leading to a delightfully long crisp finish.

Co-fermentation of 40/40/15/5% pinot noir/merlot/shiraz/viognier, all whole-bunch pressed, cold settled, fermented in stainless steel for 16 days followed by 4 months' maturation with French oak barrel staves. Deep salmon hue. Woodsy notes, earth and raspberries indicate a serious bent to the rosé style. The palate confirms, with a depth of fruit flavour, layers of dark fruits, musky strawberry and orange rind with tannic edge and so clean and dry.
