Southern Strength Gin 500mL

Southern Strength Gin is a botanical blast of classic flavour with a luxurious mouthfeel. A savoury overproof expression, achieved by elevating the angelica root, coriander seed and lemon character. This gin was developed from bartender and consumer feedback from seven separate Dark Series batch releases. 

On the nose, fragrant pine mingles with bright citrus and earthy angelica. Coriander seed elevates the citrus character. The palate is oily and viscous and immediately savoury. Juniper still dominates, however is complimented with earthy notes of angelica root and coriander seed.
