Only a handful of vineyards are blessed like Tahbilk, who had old vines dating back to 1860. These vines have lower yields but their fruit flavours are more concentrated, resulting in a bolder, fuller bodied wine. This classic blend of Cabernet Shiraz fills the glass with beautifully ripe dark forest berries and plums aromas accompany by the robust warming spices.
